Karen Butler
Kitchen Coordinator
 Karen Butler joined the Wesley Ministry staff as our Kitchen Coordinator in July 2012. Karen is not a stranger to Wesley. She and her husband, Robin joined Wesley in 1993, and have made Wesley their church family since. They have two adult children Eric and daughter Angela Butler Strahan. (Angela and husband Joe will have Karen’s/Robin’s first grandbaby November 18 (it’s a boy!).
Karen graduated from French High School and attended Lamar University in the late 1970’s. She has taught Pre-K and Mother’s Day Out at Friendship Church and at Trinity UMC as teacher and aide.
If you’ve been anywhere around the annual Road to Bethlehem each December at Wesley you already know Karen too! She has supremely coordinated this ministry for the last three years. As soon as she completes the City of Beaumont’s Food Safety Manager Course mid-July, she’ll be coordinating all the various ministries that take place through the Kitchen Ministry at Wesley!
