Covid-19 Worship Guidelines
 
Summary for the Sundays May 3-17:  
We encourage everyone in the high-risk use to stay home and make use of our live-stream for the upcoming weeks. We miss you but want to do everything we can to keep you healthy.
 
8 am service in the sanctuary will be prioritized for those in the high-risk group. Use ¼ of seating near the sound booth for 8 am service only.  
 
9 am service in Gym. Extra chairs and space between rows added.
 
10:30 use ¾ of seating that was not used at 8 am and observe social distancing.
 
Adult Sunday Schools allowed to meet and ask each group to sanitize their own room after they are done. Many of our classes are making use of Zoom and it may be best for you to continue to do so for the upcoming weeks.
 
Students will resume student ministry on Wed. nights starting 5/6
 
No Choir, children’s Sunday school, nursery, acolytes, until at least May 24.
 
 Worship spaces will be sanitized each week.
 
Further guidance on attending worship: 
Ensure proper spacing between attendees:
a.      Keep at least two empty seats (or six feet separation) between parties in any row, except as follows:
        i.      Two or more members of the same household can sit adjacent to one another, with two seats (or six feet separation) empty on either side.
        ii.      Two individuals who are not members of the same household but who are attending together can sit adjacent to one another, with two seats(or six feet separation)empty on either side.
b.      Alternate rows between attendees
c.      If you have any of the symptoms of Covid-19 please stay home. 
d.      We encourage wearing face masks, gloves, etc., washing hands, and observing social distance at all church services.
e.      If you happen to have extra masks that you would like to donate for use each week, please contact Amanda Ayers so we can arrange a drop-off at church. 
f.       Please refrain from hugs, handshakes, and other contact with people who are not members of your household while attending worship.
g.      This information is all subject to change in the event of further outbreak in the Beaumont area or direction received from government officials.
 
  
We will continue to Live Stream the 9:00 am & 10:30 am Worship services.
